Potty TRAINed

Well it's official. Dawson is potty trained. It all happened overnight pretty much.

About once every few weeks I have D run around the house naked to see if he connects to that "I've gotta pee!" feeling. Up until last week he hadn't so we would just clean up the mess and move on.

But last week was different. I noticed a little pee dance going on and we rushed to the bathroom....and he went! Stickers were awarded and M&Ms were handed out. It was really quite the show. And it really built from there. He would tell me when he had to go and he would.

It's been 5 days accident free and today we conquered "the number 2". My sweet boys reward? A fancy red train for for the potty man. :)

Bustin Through

This is what our last 10 days or so have looked like. Poor D's two year molars have been kicking all our booties. I hope the end is in sight. I think I can spy it over the Kleenex pile we've accumulated...

Date Night

Dawson was a little under the weather this week. So instead of hauling him to Dad and Uncle Ty's birthday dinner out, Dawson and I had our own date night in. It's safe to say I'm smitten....

Cupcake Kiddos

A few weeks ago I watched two of the sweetest girls I know, Miss Veda and Miss Averi. What a delight to spend time with them! We spent the morning laughing, jumping on the coach and making cupcakes.

It's so fun to watch the kiddos interact as they get older. Love. Them.

A Winter Walk

We are so enjoying this mild winter. More please!

Baby Weston is here! He arrived on December 9 at 4:23 am. He is 7lbs., 14oz., 21.5" and alllll sorts of cute. Our hearts are smitten and so is the proud Dad. :) Dawson got to meet Weston during his first bath. He was really excited to meet him and was very concerned when we was crying. He kept saying "Baby Weston is so sad", 'Baby Weston is so cute".

How special to have a boy cousin so close in age to grow up with. I can only imagine the adventures that are to come with these two boys. What a pure blessing. Our hearts are over flowing. Welcome Weston! We love you little man!
